The price of paintings is subject to change without notice due to manufacturer's instructions and other factors.
Paintings may not be available for sale without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
In that case, the transaction will be treated as a cancellation and a full refund will be given.
The amount of the painting may change without notice at the timing of ordering from the manufacturer after the order is confirmed by us due to sudden exchange rate fluctuations, price increases of transportation facilities, etc.
If the cost including transportation costs rises significantly after ordering a painting due to force majeure, we may charge the difference from the original amount or suspend shipping until it returns to the original amount.
We are not responsible for cancellation or delay damage at this point.
Please understand in advance before ordering.

メーカーからの指示、その他要因により商品の価格を予告無く変更する場合がございます。
商品は不慮の事由により事前に予告なく御提供ができなくなる可能性があります。
その場合、キャンセル扱いとし、全額御返金させて頂きます。
商品金額は、急激な為替の変動、輸送機関の値上げ等の原因により当社でのご注文の確定後、メーカーへの発注タイミングで予告なく変更される事がございます。
商品ご注文後に不可抗力により輸送費を含む費用が著しく高騰した場合は、元の金額との差額分を請求させていただくか、元の金額に戻るまで出荷を見合わせて頂く場合がございます。
この時点でのキャンセル及び遅延損害に対する補償について弊社は負いかねます。
予め御理解、御了承の上ご検討いただきますよう宜しくお願い申し上げます。

代金の支払方法・時期

Payment method: You can use bank transfer or credit card payment.
Payment time: Payment will be confirmed when the product order is confirmed.

支払方法：銀行お振込、またはクレジットカードによる決済がご利用頂けます。
支払時期：商品注文確定時でお支払いが確定致します。

商品のお届け時期

The minimum delivery time for the product is about 2-3 weeks.
After confirming the product, we will inform you of the delivery date.
However, the year-end and New Year holidays in Europe and the United States (from mid-December to around January 10 of the following year) and the vacation season in Europe and the United States (around August) take longer than usual.

商品納期は最短で約２−３週間となります。
商品確定後、弊社より納期をご連絡させて頂きます。
ただし、欧米の年末年始(12月中旬から翌年1月10日前後)、欧米のバカンスシーズン（8月前後）は通常よりお時間を頂いております。

返品について

We cannot accept cancellations after your order has been confirmed and after payment has been made, so please consider carefully when making your purchase.
If it becomes difficult to deliver the product due to an accident during transportation, we will respond by exchanging the product.
In this case, it will take additional time, but please note that cancellation is not possible.

ご注文確定後、ご入金後のキャンセルにつきましては、いかなる場合もお受け致しかねますのでご購入の際は慎重にご検討下さい。
事故等で商品のお届けが困難となった場合は、商品の交換という形で御対応させて頂きます。
この場合追加でお時間を頂戴いたしますが、キャンセルは出来かねますので予めご了承下さい。
